The course & your visit
Little Para: the people’s par three
Little Para is a public-access nine-hole par three at Paralowie in Adelaide’s north, run by GreenSpace Management and open to everyone seven days. The golf is deliberately simple — grass tees, large target greens, bentgrass surfaces — set among mature river red gums. But the course is only one part of the visit: mini golf, a technology driving range, coaching and casual dining share the same site, and the whole operation is pitched at beginners and families as much as established golfers.

Nine short holes, taken seriously
The layout meanders through the Little Para surroundings in Paralowie with mature river red gums framing the holes. Every hole is a par three played from grass tees into large, target-oriented greens — the design brief is fun and shot-making variety rather than length, and the club says the course suits everyone from first-timers to professionals sharpening their wedges.
Access is as open as it gets: first light to dusk, 364 days a year, with online bookings up to 28 days ahead and walk-ins welcome every day. Social and corporate groups can book seven days a week, with larger parties arranged through the Golf Shop. Hire covers half and full sets, a range pack and pull buggies, so arriving without gear is not a problem.

The TrackMan range
The driving range is a full-length facility with undercover bays running TrackMan ball-tracking — ball speed, launch, spin, carry and total distance on every shot, plus virtual rounds on famous courses and games from Bullseye to a kids’ monster-hunting game called Magic Pond. Bays can be booked by ball bucket, or by the hour with unlimited balls where the timed-bay offer applies: weekday afternoons from 3pm, weekends and public holidays. Bay bookings are recommended to skip wait times.
Coaching is built on the same technology: PGA professionals offer short and long lessons, multi-lesson packages, a short-game precision programme and combined TrackMan-plus-nine-holes sessions on the course. Club fitting uses the range data too. The range opens seven days, 7am to 5:30pm with last balls at 5pm.

SHANX mini golf and parties
SHANX mini golf is the site’s family anchor — an 18-hole course the operator calls its funnest and most hole-in-oneable yet, bookable online with lower rates for groups. Kids’ parties run with food and games packages, and the events calendar stretches to staff shows, charity events and end-of-season celebrations. Event enquiries go to the SHANX events team, who also handle corporate and celebration bookings on the TrackMan range.

Quack Kitchen and event spaces
The on-site kitchen is Quack Kitchen, serving casual food made on site, with food and beverage packages for groups. Three bookable spaces surround it: the Front Yard with yard games for day hire, the undercover Patio opening onto the course, range and SHANX for day and night, and the SHANX space itself with wine-barrel seating and room for a hundred-plus guests. It is an unusually complete party venue for a par-three course — the golf is nearly the excuse rather than the reason.
