The course & your visit
Regency Park: the community nine
Regency Park Community Golf Course sits just north of the Adelaide CBD, a public nine-holer run by GreenSpace Management — the same operator behind Little Para. Bentgrass greens are the calling card; the attitude is all-welcome, seven days a week. Mini golf, coaching, a well-stocked pro shop and mid-week competitions share the site, so it works as casually or as seriously as the visitor wants.

Playing the nine
Tee times run sunrise to sunset with online bookings up to eight days ahead for groups of up to eight; larger parties and social or corporate groups book direct. Carts and hire clubs are arranged through the booking portal. Golfers with a current handicap can enter mid-week competitions running Monday to Friday, and season passes cover five- or seven-day access on monthly direct debit for regulars.
Course access hours are 7am to 8pm in summer and 7am to 6pm in winter. The venue’s own emphasis is breadth: beginners through seasoned players, all on the same bentgrass surfaces.

Coaching and the pro shop
Lessons and clinics run year-round for every level: group sessions, junior lessons through the MyGolf programme with its games-based learning, and individual adult tuition in half-hour to hour sessions with community instructors. On-course lessons and outdoor club fittings are available by appointment, and PGA professional Allan Telford leads the coaching team alongside community instructor Alex Hoang.
The pro shop sells more than a thousand golf products online across the major brands, backing the on-site range, and gift vouchers are available.

SHANX mini golf and community
SHANX mini golf sits among the trees and fairways in what the operator calls one of its most scenic locations, taking bookings for children’s parties and corporate events — groups bring their own food while drinks come from the shop. Birthday parties, team building and year-end celebrations are the core trade.
The community framing is more than branding: GreenSpace and SHANX support RufUs, a homelessness charity, and the venue runs community events alongside the golf. It is a council-area course that behaves like a neighbourhood facility.
